Both have almost the same specifications, they only varies on the network as well as the battery with the 3G capable having an additional 50mAh. Well for the sensors all do have a Acc, Gyro, HRM, Barometer, Ambient light GPS (3G). The presence of NFC tells that Samsung is planning to integrate the Samsung Pay on the Samsung Gear S2, which is a good feature.
Anyways both watch is powered by Tizen operating system which is homegrown, so don’t expect the watch to have a lot of apps, but Samsung says the watch has all the apps you need to make it work perfectly, saying that they are also working with the developers to develop apps for the watch.
